Abstract: Exercise garment made from a thin, lightweight fabric that is free of lead, cadmium, chromium and mercury. The exercise garment may be a vest, jacket, shirt, pants, shorts, one-piece bodysuit or similar suitable garment. The exercise garment may be form-fitting for a man or woman and is suitable for a user to wear underneath other garments during exercise. An exercise garment of the present invention promotes weight reduction through increasing generation and retention of heat and perspiration by a user during exercise.
