    Abstract: The invention provides a storage stable, non-corrosive cleaning solution composition that includes an enzyme system that includes at least one protease and at least one amylase. The cleaning solution is preferably prepared and stored as a concentrate, and optionally also includes at least one nonionic surfactant, a water-miscible solvent system, water, a system of enzyme stabilizers that includes a boron compound, and one or more inhibitors of metal corrosion, wherein the non-enzyme components are compatible with the enzyme system, and are water-miscible.

    Abstract: A thickened composition comprises:(a) an active cleaning component, present in a cleaning effective amount; and(b) a thickening system comprising an alkali metal salt of an N-alkyl-N-acyl amino acid and a mixture of myristyl/cetyl dimethyl amine oxides. In a preferred embodiment, the cleaning composition comprises an alkali metal hypochlorite and a strong base comprising an alkali metal hydroxide and an alkali metal silicate. The thickened compositions are useful as hard surface cleaners and particularly useful as drain opening compositions.
