  • Patent number: 12182586
Abstract: A method and system of providing users with microlocation-specific configuration modes during access of an application. The system identifies tokens based on sensor data during each application access session and triggers the change in configuration based on detection of specific tokens associated with a particular microlocation. The various configuration modes can be used to alter audio, display, and other settings for the application.

  • Patent number: 11853534
Abstract: A method and system of providing users with accessibility tools based on the user's behavior during their access of an application. The system identifies behavior that is potentially associated with a particular disability. In response, the system causes one or more accessibility tools configured to improve the application experience for users with the identified disability to be enabled. In addition, past in-app behavior of a user may be used to determine whether an accessibility tool should again be offered to the same user during subsequent application use.

  • Patent number: 11735023
Abstract: A disaster detection system includes a device processor; and a non-transitory computer readable medium including instructions executable by the device processor to perform the following steps: receiving data from a plurality of geographically distributed personal electronic devices; determining, based on the data received from the personal electronic devices, that a disaster has occurred; and sending one or more commands pertaining to the disaster to one or more third parties. The one or more commands pertaining to the disaster may include one or more alerts to one or more organizations that provide support for disasters.

  • Patent number: 11651336
Abstract: Techniques are described for determining data dependent alert profiles to be presented on sender and/or receiver computing devices in response to a request for transfer of a data from the sender to the receiver. The alert profiles are determined based on a value of the data. The sender alert profile may be determined based on the information on sender accounts and the receiver alert profile may be determined based on the information on the receiver account. The alert profiles may be determined based on a history of the data transfer between the sender and the receiver, or account history of either the sender or the receiver, or the history of the data transfer within the system. The alert profiles may be presented on computing devices, for example through haptic actuators, to provide a sense of the data value to the user.
