  • Patent number: 12337229
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, apparatuses, devices, and techniques for providing electronic consoles. The electronic consoles can include a modular assembly that permits components to be arranged if varying configurations. Additionally, the electronic consoles can be configured to operate in various operational modes, including an extended reality (XR) mode, a desktop mode, and a television set top box mode. The electronic consoles can execute extended reality applications, including virtual reality applications, augmented reality applications, and/or mixed reality applications.

    Assignee: GAMEFACE LABS INC.
Inventors: Edward Mason, William Edward Rehbock, Kasper John Hunt
  • Publication number: 20250196036
Abstract: This application relates to a mist-trap for a wet-scrubber abatement system. The mist trap comprises a demisting chamber having a gas inlet for receiving mist-laden exhaust gas from the wet-scrubber abatement system, a liquid capture surface on which the mist droplets may coalesce to form a liquid, and a gas outlet through which relatively dry gas may exit the chamber. The mist trap is configured such that at least a first portion of the captured liquid exits the chamber via the gas inlet to return to the wet-scrubber abatement system. The application also relates to a water-collecting baffle, an abatement system, and a method of moderating particulate build-up in a primary flow channel of an exhaust draw amplification device.

  • Patent number: 11841047
Abstract: A joint assembly including a housing including an inner diameter portion having a tapered surface; and at least one shaft having an outer diameter portion having a tapered surface that is complementary in shape to the inner diameter portion of the housing, where the shaft is adapted to rotate relative to the housing, and where the frictional fit is adjustable by modifying the axial position of the shaft relative to the housing.

Assignee: SAINT-GOBAIN PERFORMANCE PLASTICS RENCOL LIMITED
Inventors: Edward Mason, Florian Itta, Mark Famy
  • Patent number: 11669993
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for determining position and pose of as well as tracking an object in a physical environment based on the emission and sensing of light signals. The derived position, pose and tracking information may be used in a VR/AR environment. The disclosed systems and methods allow for the improved tracking of both active and passive devices. In addition, the disclosed systems and methods enable an arbitrary number of light sensors to be disposed on an object, thereby increasing accuracy and mitigating the effects of occlusion of certain light sensors. Position and pose estimates may be refined and tracked using a filter lattice responsive to changes in observed system states and/or settings. Further, data received from an inertial measurement unit may be used to increase tracking accuracy as well as position and pose determination itself.

Date of Patent: June 6, 2023
    Assignee: GAMEFACE LABS INC.
