  • Publication number: 20220343021
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for the utilization of personally identifiable information (PII) to identify an individual while de-identifying the associated data through tokenization. A method includes receiving, at a main tokenizer and from a first trading partner, a first data set comprising a first subset of a plurality of PII fields corresponding to an individual, receiving, at the main tokenizer and from a second trading partner, a second data set comprising a second subset of the plurality of PII fields corresponding to the individual, resolving, a the main tokenizer, the individual, linking a unique patient-centric token (PCT) to the individual based on the resolving, and outputting the PCT for generating a non-PII token linked to the individual.

  • Patent number: 9836508
Abstract: Certain implementations of the disclosed technology include systems and methods for external linking based on hierarchal level weightings. The method may include associating external query data having one or more query field values with a record in a linked hierarchical database. The linked hierarchical database may include a plurality of records, each record having a record identifier and representing an entity in a hierarchy, each record associated with a hierarchy level, each record including one or more fields, each field configured to contain a field value. The associating may include receiving the external query data, wherein the external query data includes one or more search values; and identifying, from the plurality of records in the linked hierarchical database, one or more matched fields having field values that at least partially match the one or more search values.

  • Patent number: 7270511
Abstract: A device adapted to operably engage a vehicle to load and unload a container between the vehicle and a surface, and to cooperate with the vehicle to transport the container, is provided. Such a device includes a pair of laterally separated horizontal lifting members configured to be vertically movable with respect to the vehicle and a vertically-movable member operably engaged with the forward ends of the lifting members. A tether is operably engaged between each lifting member and the container so as to secure the container thereto. A translatory device is engaged between the vehicle and the vertically-movable member and configured to support the lifting members as well as move the lifting members longitudinally with respect to the vehicle. To unload the container, the vertically-movable member and the lifting members raise the container above the vehicle and then the translatory device longitudinally moves the container along the vehicle past a vertical plane defined by the rearward end thereof.

  • Publication number: 20070172023
Abstract: An X-ray scanning apparatus comprises a number of multi-focus X-ray tubes (25) spaced around an axis X and arranged to emit X-rays through an object on the axis which are detected by sensors (52). Each tube (25) can emit X-rays from a plurality of source positions. In each scanning cycle, in which each of the source positions in each of the tubes is used once, the ordering of the positions used is arranged so as to minimize the thermal load on the tubes (25). This is achieved by ensuring that each source position is non-adjacent to the previously active one and the next active one.

  • Publication number: 20070053495
Abstract: An X-ray tube includes an emitter wire (18) enclosed in a suppressor(14, 16). An extraction grid comprises a number of parallel wires (20) extending perpendicular to the emitter wire, and a focusing grid comprises a number of wires (22) parallel to the grid wires (20) and spaced apart at equal spacing to the grid wires (20). The grid wire are connected by means of switches to a positive extracting potential or a negative inhibiting potential, and the switches are controlled so that at any one time a pair of adjacent grid wires (22) are connected together to form an extracting pair, which produce an electron beam. The position of the beam is moved by switching different pairs of grid wires to the extracting potential.

  • Publication number: 20060256924
Abstract: An anode for an X-ray source is formed in two parts, a main part (18) and a collimating part (22). The main part (18) has the target region (20) formed on it. The two parts between them define an electron aperture (36) through which electrons pass reach the target region (20), and an X-ray aperture through which the X-rays produced at the target leave the anode. The anode produces at least the first stage of collimation of the X-ray beam produced.
