    Abstract: Exercising apparatus is constructed with operating mechanism that includes a stationary platform elevated above user-accommodating level sufficiently to support a stack of weights in a position corresponding approximately with the position of the user's head, so weight selection is facilitated and so such mechanism can be attractively housed. A weight carrier includes weight connection members rising from an elevator platform that is adapted to be raised by muscle power of the user along with a user-selected number of weights connected thereto.
