Abstract: A method of providing a discount on fuel purchases comprising: registering for a membership program account, the membership program account having a fee for a predetermined timeframe, the fee allowing an individual to purchase up to a maximum volume of fuel at a discounted rate for the timeframe; issuing a bank card to the individual; inserting the bank card in a fueling pump of a fueling station; charging the bank card for the amount purchased; and crediting the membership program account of the individual a predetermined amount for every gallon of fuel purchased during the timeframe that does not exceed the maximum volume, wherein the crediting is paid through the fee and membership sponsors.
