Abstract: A reclosable dispensing container cap for dispensing flowable material from a container is disclosed. An inner cap is provided which defines a passageway adapted to be placed in fluid communication with a container nozzle. The inner cap defines a first aperture in fluid communication between the passageway and an exterior of the inner cap. An outer cap is provided to surround the inner cap such that the outer cap is slidably rotatable in relation to the inner cap between at least a first position and a second position. The outer cap defines a second aperture disposed along the outer cap such that the second aperture is in substantial registration with the first aperture when the outer cap is rotated to the first position and out of registration with the first aperture when the outer cap is rotated to the second position.
