  • Publication number: 20080006054
Abstract: A frame assembly for use with jewelry including earrings, pins, pendants, necklaces, charms and for use with ornaments including Christmas tree ornaments (e.g. display articles) that includes a plurality of legs that are coupled, in such a way as to permit swinging, to a vertical member that is attached to the display articles. When used with an earring the stud of the wire and stud assembly may be hollowed and a slot placed parallel to the wire extends to the end of the stud and allows the frame assembly to be removable. The opposite end of the slot widens into the top of a “T”. This T allows slipping the connection point of the vertical member onto the stud and thus provides security and stability to the frame assembly while allowing a limited amount of swing. An additional slot extends across the bottom of the stud perpendicular to the wire. This slot allows additional swing of the vertical member.
