  • Publication number: 20240087063
Abstract: Systems and methods for document transformation and recordation are provided. Documents for a transaction of real property are identified based on a jurisdiction in which the real property is located. Each document includes a plurality of data fields and each data field is associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received in at least one of the data fields of one or more of the documents. The data fields in the documents associated with the data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified. The identified data fields are automatically populated with the data values based on the data field identifiers. Completeness rules are applied to the documents by verifying all required documents for completing the transaction in the jurisdiction are satisfied. Documents or information pertaining the documents can be stored in a blockchain.

  • Patent number: 4572990
Abstract: An electronic transformer system for illuminating neon lamps includes a counterphase oscillator coupled to a leakage reactance power transference transformer. The power transference transformer has a secondary wound on a multiple section bobbin in which adjacent sections are separated from each other by a dielectric material. The leakage reactance power transference transformer has a feedback winding which is coupled in series to the primary winding of a pulse generator base driving transformer. The pulse generator base driving transformer in turn provides periodic pulses to the counterphase oscillator to reverse current flow in the primary of the leakage reactance power transference transformer. The electronic transformer system may be powered by commercial alternating current through a full wave rectifier, or by a direct current power supply.

  • Patent number: 3976923
Abstract: Integrated circuit mask patterns are laser machined by mounting substrates on a support that is periodically stepped in a y direction after each scan by a laser writing beam in an x direction. X-direction scanning is accomplished by mounting a mirror on a carriage that reciprocates by rebounding between two displaced coil springs. A coding laser beam is reflected from the carriage through a stationary code plate, comprising alternate transparent and opaque stripes, to monitor the position of the carriage and to control the modulation of the writing beam.
