Abstract: A vehicle for attachment to a conventional auger to render the auger self-propelled comprises a frame having front driven steering wheels and rearwardly extending sleeve members into which stub shafts attach to the axle of the auger can project to integrate the axle of the auger and the vehicle. The vehicle includes liftable rear ground wheels which can allow it to be separately maneuverable and can be raised to allow the wheels of the auger to act as the rear wheels of the vehicle. The vehicle can be formed into a utility truck by the attachment of a truck portion having ground wheels into the sleeves in place of the stub shafts, with the auger removed.
