The plug connector has an insulative housing and at least one conductive contact having a pair of spaced walls which converge to form a projection engageable in the plug receiving space of the receptacle contact. The electronic power connectors can also be modified to accommodate connections for an external AC power supply. The connector housing incorporating the AC power connection capability can accommodate different forms of AC power supply termination contacts, such as spade-type contacts having a spring-like plug for receiving discrete quick connect socket terminals.

Abstract: A decontamination method is provided that contacts a biologically contaminated object with first radiation having a first wavelength distribution and with second radiation having a second wavelength distribution. The first radiation kills at least most of the microbes on the surface of the contaminated object but not in an interior region of the object. The second radiation kills at least most of the microbes in the interior region of the object.
