  • Patent number: 12380232
Abstract: Methods and systems for managing and/or processing a blockchain to maintain data security for confidential and/or personal data are provided. According to certain aspects, the disclosed data security techniques may enable access sharing functionality utilizing the blockchain. For example, access sharing may be utilized to share policy information. The policy information may be associated with a smart contract. Accordingly, the policy information may be encrypted using a public key for the smart contract and compiled into a block of the blockchain. In response to a request to provide access to the information to a particular node, the private key for the smart contract may be encrypted using the public key for the particular node and compiled into a block of the blockchain.

  • Publication number: 20250232857
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing augmented reality overlay displays related to repairs may include obtaining sensor data associated with a home or vehicle and analyzing the sensor data associated to identify a vehicle component and/or home appliance that is not functioning properly. Repairs for the vehicle component and/or home appliance that is not functioning properly may be identified, and a determination may be made as to whether it is safe for a vehicle operator and/or home resident to perform the repair. If so, an augmented reality overlay display may be presented upon images/video of the vehicle/home captured in real time, identifying vehicle/home components that must be manipulated in order to perform the repair. If not, the augmented reality display may identify portions of the vehicle or home of which the vehicle operator must capture images in order to request a professional repair or submit an insurance claim.

  • Publication number: 20250217630
Abstract: A computer-implemented method may include generating, by a trained response-generating model, one or more simulated responses to an inquiry for one or more known members based upon a simulated population for a real-life population. The method further may include (i) transmitting simulated responses to be displayed on a user interface on a user device; and/or (ii) receiving, from the user device, user feedback for the one or more simulated responses. The method may also include re-training the trained response-generating model based upon the simulated responses and the user feedback. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250217830
Abstract: Simulated characters for a real-life population group (such as a market segment or other group) based upon member characteristics are determined. Each of the simulated characters may be associated with: (a) a population group, and/or (b) respective characteristic values corresponding to the member characteristics. One or more matched simulated characters of the simulated characters for one or more known members of the real-life population may be determined based upon one or more known-member characteristic values associated with the one or more known members. A simulated population for the real-life population may be determined based upon the one or more matched simulated characters. One or more simulated responses to an inquiry for the one or more known members may be determined based upon the simulated population. The one or more simulated responses may be transmitted to and displayed on a user interface on a user device. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250217823
Abstract: A computer-implemented method may include determining a respective simulated population for each simulated character of multiple simulated characters based upon respective characteristic values associated with each simulated character. Determining the respective simulated population may include: (a) determining a respective associated population group of multiple population groups for a real-life population based upon each simulated character; (b) determining respective member characteristics for the respective associated population group; and/or (c) generating each simulated member of the respective simulated population. Generating each simulated member may include associating each simulated member with one or more respective altered characteristic values altered based upon the respective characteristic values associated with each simulated character and the respective member characteristics for the respective associated population group. Other embodiments are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250111172
Abstract: A contact center assistant may assist representatives associated with a contact center during calls and/or other types of contacts with callers. The contact center assistant may include a generative artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) model, such as a large language model, that dynamically generates natural language output proactively and/or in response to questions or statements made during contacts. Representatives may accordingly read the natural language output generated by the generative AI model during contacts with callers, and/or otherwise use the natural language output as guidance during contacts with callers.

  • Publication number: 20240296510
Abstract: A computer-implement method and computer system may be configured to facilitate policyholder setup in connection with estate handling. An audible or visible chatbot avator or dopplegänger may lead a trustee, beneficiary, or family member through the estate of an impaired or deceased user. A computer system may have been provided with, or gather, sample voice and visual recordings associated with a user that are used to build the chatbot avatar that simulates the user audibly and/or visually. The computer system may have previously prompted the user for necessary items to properly handle their estate, such as information related to financial accounts, loans, insurance policies, etc. and user names and passwords to various electronic accounts.

  • Publication number: 20240232859
Abstract: The following relates generally to implementing a medical data non-fungible token (NFT). In some embodiments, one or more processors receive medical data of a plurality of users, and store the medical data of the plurality of users in a first storage location in a medical data database. The one or more processors may then detect a request to purchase a data feed for one or more types of medical data, and identify medical data corresponding to the request in the medical data database. The one or more processors may then store the identified medical data in a second storage location, and mint a medical data NFT that indicates the second storage location.
