  • Patent number: 9072227
Abstract: A method for the debottlenecking of grain harvesting and grain bagging comprises a set of steps. Grain is transported in a grain cart from a harvester at a harvesting location to an accumulation site. Grain is bulk unloaded crop from the grain cart at an accumulation site by, for example, gravity dumping through a rear door of the grain cart. The cart returns to the harvester; and the grain at the accumulation site is transferred into a silo storage bag. The steps of transporting the grain, bulk unloading the grain, and returning the cart comprise a first process. The step of transferring the grain from the accumulation site into a bag comprises a second process. The first process and second process proceed in parallel.

  • Patent number: 8789563
Abstract: A system for controlling the loading of grain in a grain bag is described. The system includes a grain cart, a tractor attached to the grain cart, and a grain bagger with an attached grain bag. The grain bagger further comprises a steering and steering control systems and a braking and braking control system. A hopper connected to the grain bagger receives grain from an auger connected with the hopper and auger and defines a loading position in which a distal end of the auger is positioned relative to the hopper such that grain transfers from the auger into the hopper. A controller provides velocity and steering commands to the tractor and a coordinated movement system connected to the controller receives position information as to the auger and hopper and provides course adjusting information so as to maintain the auger and hopper in the loading position.

  • Publication number: 20070210616
Abstract: A method for forming an integrated structural system for a vehicle is provided. The method comprises: securing a first beam component to a structural member by a molding process, the first beam component being molded from a first amount of thermoplastic material, the structural member being formed from a material different than the first amount of thermoplastic material; and securing a second beam component to the first beam component, the second beam component being separately molded from a second amount of thermoplastic material, the second beam component having a configuration different from the first beam component.

  • Publication number: 20050140344
Abstract: A power limiting circuit for power supply that is controlled by a power supply control module includes a shunt regulator having a reference input operatively connected to a voltage input that receives a voltage representative of the power supply control module connected thereto. The shunt regulator is biased on when the voltage at the reference input increases above a reference voltage established at the voltage input. A transistor is operatively connected to the shunt regulator and to an output operatively connected to the power supply control module and has a voltage that is representative of voltage operating the power supply control module. The transistor is biased on from the shunt regulator such that the shunt regulator and transistor form a latch when the voltage at the output reduces below an off voltage level to turn off the power supply, dropping the input voltage, and restarting the power supply in a restart cycle.
