  • Publication number: 20240085914
Abstract: In various examples, techniques for determining perception zones for object detection are described. For instance, a system may use a dynamic model associated with an ego-machine, a dynamic model associated with an object, and one or more possible interactions between the ego-machine and the object to determine a perception zone. The system may then perform one or more processes using the perception zone. For instance, if the system is validating a perception system of the ego-machine, the system may determine whether a detection error associated with the object is a safety-critical error based on whether the object is located within the perception zone. Additionally, if the system is executing within the ego-machine, the system may determine whether the object is a safety-critical object based on whether the object is located within the perception zone.

  • Patent number: 11882508
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a non-transitory machine-readable medium that stores a program. The program receives sensor data from a set of sensors. Each sensor in the set of sensors is configured to sense a physical quantity in an environment. Based on the sensor data, the program further determines a set of configurations for a set of smart devices. The set of smart devices includes a set of smart emergency devices installed in a building. Each smart emergency device in the set of smart emergency devices is configured to provide emergency exit information to guide exiting the building. The program also sends the set of configurations to the set of smart devices.

  • Patent number: 11496318
Abstract: An apparatus includes a storage, a network interface, and a processor. The storage is to store content within a webcast or a virtual event. The network interface transmits a CDN token key and receives a client content request including a content hash and a message authentication code. The processor performs a decryption of the message authentication code, at least in part based on the CDN token key, and performs a reverse hash on the content hash to obtain a content ID that identifies the content. The network interface transmits the content, at least in part based on the content ID.
