    Abstract: Minerals, which when mined are recovered in plate-shaped form, such as vermiculite, are efficiently concentrated in a process wherein the mined ore is passed over a series of revolving spaced rolls. Various preferred aspects of the process such as the use of rubber covered rolls, rolls having different spacing therebetween, etc., are also described.
