  • Publication number: 20060053158
Abstract: A descriptive data structure provides an abstract representation of a rights management data structure such as a secure container. The abstract representation may describe, for example, the layout of the rights management data structure. It can also provide metadata describing or defining other characteristics of rights management data structure use and/or processing. For example, the descriptive data structure can provide integrity constraints that provide a way to state rules about associated information. The abstract representation can be used to create rights management data structures that are interoperable and compatible with one another. This arrangement preserves flexibility and ease of use without compromising security.

  • Patent number: 6708973
Abstract: A puzzle device and an associated method of using the device to construct a contiguous packed configuration are disclosed. The device comprises a generally rectangular board and a plurality of geometrically identically identical tiles. The generally rectangular board having a playing surface, in which the board includes a large hexagonal outline embossed on the playing surface of the board in which a plurality of triangles is embossed on the playing surface of the board along the perimeter of the hexagonal outline of the board. Each tile having a generally flattened hexagonal geometry wherein each tile is partitioned into a first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth triangular zones, wherein each zone being a different color than any other zone on each tile so that each tile of the plurality of tiles is unique from all other tiles.

  • Patent number: 5765263
Abstract: A door positioning hinge supports two closure members, and also allows the closure members to be rotated to open or to close. The door positioning hinge can be adapted to allow free-swinging of the closure members or alternatively to hold the closure members in various detent positions. In addition, the particular amount of force can be selected where desired which operates to hold the closure members in the respective detent positions. The operation of the door positioning hinge accommodates use with both vertically swinging or horizontally swinging closure members.
