  • Publication number: 20220155766
Abstract: A dual positioned recirculating chute that would allow the operator to run the plant in either closed circuit or open circuit position. While in closed circuit position, the plant will run rock through and the chute will provide as a recirculating chute for oversized rock to travel from the recirculating conveyor back into the feeder hopper for re-crushing. The operator can then reposition the chute to the open circuit position, which will change the direction of the chute away from the feeder hopper and discharge material off the side of the plant. This can be oversized rock material to form an additional stock pile or be redirected to an off-plant conveyor. This can also allow for the removal of trash and unwanted material from the plant cycle without the need for a full plant shutdown, locking out the proper equipment, and manually removing before restarting the crushing process again.

  • Patent number: 10843231
Abstract: A variable resilience tension bar cap is disclosed for use in either, an end or side mounted tensioner in a vibrating screening machines used for material processing. A fluid filled hose or bladder may be disposed in a cap for a tensioner bar used to stretch wire cloth. Alternately a series of nested or replaceable resilient caps can be placed over the terminal end of a tensioner bar so that the cap is made to have a different resilience characteristics.

  • Patent number: 10507494
Abstract: A material processing vibrating screen with diverting systems configured to deliver material, via a plurality of material diverters, to locations closer to a feed end of the screen than would otherwise be done in the absence of the diverters. The diverters can be fixed to a cross member, the underside of a screen, and may be adjustable and easily replaceable. The materials for the deflectors can vary depending upon the material being screened. The screen may also be a variable sloped vibrating screen.

  • Publication number: 20190369602
Abstract: A system for controlling one or more aggregate processing plants which utilizes a common control module disposed on each plant, where the module is produced to be functionally identical to, interchangeable with and replaceable by the same model of the model from the same manufacture. When several plants are configured to be controlled by the common control module, and the modules are interconnected by a canbus, then each module can be used to control the entire system of plants and individual other plants in the system without the need for any central control hub and spoke control lines extending directly to each of the plants. The system can be easily (with activation of just one button) set up to allow for common control of the various plants.
