  • Patent number: 9604152
Abstract: The invention relates to a rotary assembly (1) comprising two spaced-apart support members (5a, 5b). A shaft (7) is connected with respective ends to each support member (5a, 5b) via an engagement part (12), and a rotary element (4) having a through hole extending around the shaft so as to be supported on said shaft between support members (5a, 5b). The shaft comprises a flexible wire-like elongate body (6) that is connected to the support members (5a, 5b) under axial tension. The shaft is connected to the support members (5a,5b) in a nonrotating manner, the through hole being of larger diameter than a shaft diameter so that the rotary element (4) is rotatably supported on said shaft (7).

  • Publication number: 20160258461
Abstract: A connector assembly (200) comprising a body (203) having two U-shaped sections (201,202) each section having two opposed arms (204,205) having a hole (207,208) and a locking device (209,210) having an elongate locking member (215,216) extending through the holes of each arm. A first and second latching member (212,213) are attached to each respective end of the locking member (215, 216) abutting against an outward surface of the respective arm (204,205). The locking member comprises a first elongate body (215) having a first diameter attached with one end to the first latching member (213), and a second elongate body (216) that is connected to the first elongate body (215) movably along a longitudinal axis (L). The second elongate body (216) comprises a second diameter being smaller than the diameter of the first elongate body and being attached with one end to the second latching member (212).

  • Publication number: 20160223002
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fastening system comprising a first element having a first latching surface, a second element having a second contact surface abutting the first contact surface, and a locking device having first and second latching members interconnected via a locking body of a diameter generally corresponding to the diameter of the fastening channels and via an elastic element that is attached to the first latching member and to the second latching member for allowing elastic displacement of the second latching member, the diameter of the elastic element being smaller than a diameter of the access slot, wherein the first latching member is placed in contact with the first latching surface, the locking body extending through first and second fastening channels, the second latching member being biased against a second contact surface or against a further contact surface spaced at a distance from the second contact surface.

  • Patent number: 9155420
Abstract: The present invention has as an objective to provide an apparatus for brewing a beverage that provides an attractive brewing experience for the consumer, which can perform an effective and efficient brewing process, and which also can be easily rinsed to remove any spent infusible material. These objectives have been met by a beverage brewing machine having an at least one water inlet port that is arranged at an angle of less than 4 degrees relative to the wall of the brew chamber to direct water around the wall of the brew chamber. The apparatus also provides for improved agitation of infusible material. Moreover a method is provided to brew a beverage using the brewing machine of the invention.
