    Abstract: Capacitance of a network-under-evaluation is measured by employing a ramp signal technique. A periodic ramp signal having a known slope and equal positive and negative amplitudes is supplied to the network. Then, a measure of the current developed in the network is obtained at the instant the ramp signal attains a prescribed amplitude value. The measured current value is utilized to compute the desired capacitance value.
