Abstract: A device method are provided for massaging a body area of a user, such as a sphincter muscle of the user. The device includes a basic plate, and a massaging member supported by the basic plate. The massaging member includes an opening disposed in the massaging member, a massaging plate disposed within the opening for smoothly joining with the top surface of the massaging member to move the genital area of the user on the massaging plate in a reciprocating manner, and a mechanism for movably engaging the massaging plate with the massaging member. When the user makes the lower part of the body move on the massaging plate in the reciprocating manner after the user sits on a portion of the massaging plate, the body area of the user is massaged by the massaging plate.

Abstract: An auxiliary ring for genitals includes a rubber ring installed on the outer circumferential portion thereof, and filled with a liquid-phase material such as a bactericide or a lubricant. Thus, the liquid-phase material filled in the rubber ring is discharged during performance of a sexual act, and thus the skin of women can be protected from damage which may be caused by the auxiliary ring or from bacteria. Also, women who are in the menopause can enjoy the sexual lives without feeling pain.

Abstract: A saddle installed in a bicycle, or a motor cycle, or a health training cycle which is sports equipment, is provided. Muscles in the vicinity of a gonadal region in the human body, are automatically trained when legs are exercised by riding a bicycle or using a health training bicycle. The saddle for training a gonadal region solves problems caused by depression of genitals, and can be widely put into practice as a simple structure.

The muscles training apparatus includes an upper base maintained to be at a predetermined height from a lower base by a plurality of support rods, on the central portion of which a throughhole is formed, an ascent and descent seat coupled to the upper base ascendingly and descendingly, on which a user is seated, and an ascent and descent mechanism for ascending and descending the ascent and descent seat.
