At least one ferromagnetic portion (30) is disposed on or in at least a first end portion (22) of the flexible main band body (12). At least one magnet (26) is disposed on or in a second end portion (24) of the flexible main band body opposite from the first end portion (22). The flexible main band body (12) is sized to wrap around the target portion of the medical subject with the first and second end portions (22, 24) overlapping such that the at least one magnet (26) and the at least one ferromagnetic portion (30) magnetically couple to secure the flexible main band body (12) wrapped around the target portion of the medical subject.
