    Abstract: An image sensor system comprises a plurality of image sensing pixels which are arranged in lines. Control circuitry in the image sensor system is configured, when capturing a single image, to set an exposure time for the image sensing pixels in a line such that a first group of pixels in the line has a first exposure time and a second group of pixels in the same line has a second exposure time.
