  • Patent number: 11796060
Abstract: A sealing device for sealing a space filled with a fluid in a MEMS sensor system. The sealing device includes a sealing unit, the sealing unit encompassing a channel, which is connected to the one space, and a sealing element for sealing the channel being situated in the channel in such a way that the channel and/or the sealing element are/is designed in such a way that the sealing element is sealingly fixed in the channel via a mechanical clamping.

  • Publication number: 20230332568
Abstract: A fuel injection valve. The fuel injection valve has a support ring is provided on an inlet connection, which engages under the sealing ring on the inlet side. A plastic overmolding forms at least part of a valve housing. The support ring engaging under the sealing ring is positioned on the fuel injection valve in such a way that it rests directly on an upper end face of the plastic overmolding facing the sealing ring, so that the axial support of the sealing ring is provided indirectly via the plastic overmolding. The fuel injection valve is suitable, in particular, for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing external spark-ignition combustion engine.

  • Patent number: 6739239
Abstract: The invention relates to a molded piston, in particular an injection-molded piston (1) of fiber-reinforced plastic, which is seated slidably in a receiving bore (2) of a housing (4) and is embodied as a cup-shaped body with a piston bottom (6) and a sleevelike piston wall (8) protruding away from the bottom, and the face (10) of the piston bottom (6) pointing away from the piston wall (8)is pressure-loadable, and there is at least one injection point (46) oriented with a molding channel of a molding tool. The invention proposes that the injection point (46) is disposed on the other face (22) of the piston bottom (6), that is, the face pointing away from the pressure-loadable face (10), and the piston bottom (6), because of one or more recesses (48) present in this face (22), has a lesser wall thickness in the region of the injection point (46) than in the regions (52) adjoining it.

  • Patent number: 6017099
Abstract: The vibration damper has a sleevelike shaped part comprising an elastomer as a diaphragm. The shaped part is received tightly on the opening end of a bore of a housing and surrounds an extension of a support body disposed in the bore. Provided on a side face of the extension is a groove, which communicates with a chamber in the extension. The shaped part, which on its outside is exposed to the brake fluid, with the inside of its jacket wall defines a hollow chamber, formed toward the extension of the support body and having atmospheric pressure. The vibration damper can be used in a slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.
