  • Publication number: 20160353563
Abstract: A connector module is provided with first and second bus bars which are respectively formed by a metal plate, a control board on which an electronic component is mounted, and case member which is formed by insulative resin and houses the control board therein. Connector parts to be connected with respective counterpart connectors are integrally formed with the case member.

  • Publication number: 20150294822
Abstract: With a relay control device according to an embodiment, a regenerative current from a relay coil which is disposed in a relay flows through a coil energy absorption circuit, which is connected to the low side of the relay coil, toward the ground. A current detection resistor, which is a shunt resistor, is connected further toward the ground side of the coil energy absorption circuit than a coil surge absorption resistor, and the potential of the current detection resistor is compared to a reference potential, with a current detection circuit. Furthermore, on the basis of the result of the comparison with the current detection circuit, an off-duty period of the PWM control is terminated before the current which flows through the relay coil becomes less than or equal to a minimum drive current.

  • Publication number: 20150171752
Abstract: Although an FET2 turns off when an external switch is turned off, and an FET1 of a drive circuit unit turns on as the gate thereof is biased, no electricity from a power source is supplied to a load because the external switch is off. When the external switch is turned on, a controller of a control circuit unit outputs a PWM signal to the gate of FET2, and FET2 turns on during an off-period of the PWM signal. Consequently, FET1 performs on/off operations (off during an on-period and on during the off-period of the PWM signal) in synchronization with changes in signal level of the PWM signal. In addition, if FET2 of the control circuit unit becomes unable to turn on while the external switch is on, the gate of FET1 of the drive circuit unit is kept at the bias potential, and FET1 stays on.

  • Publication number: 20140218003
Abstract: An output setting device of a constant current circuit includes a reference current generation circuit and first to fourth current mirror circuit groups. The reference current generation circuit feeds a reference current. Each current mirror circuit group includes at least one current mirror circuit that feeds a current proportional to the reference current. One current mirror circuit group or two or more current mirror circuit groups connected in parallel to each other among the plurality of current mirror circuit groups are connected to a load to set a current to be supplied to the load.
