An opening of the upper insulation case and openings of a lower insulation case in which a connection electric wire that is inserted are sealed, in a condition where an electric wire is not wired, by the superposition of insulation cases or a cover body. As a result, the charge section is prevented from being excessively exposed to protect the charge section from being contacted, regardless of whether the wiring is not yet performed or being performed.
