  • Publication number: 20230259109
Abstract: A first process acquires drive system data indicating a dynamic state of a drive system. A second process performs frequency analysis on the drive system data so as to acquire analysis data indicating a power spectrum of the drive system data. A third process derives the Gaussian distribution of the analysis data and acquires a feature amount indicating the Gaussian distribution. A fourth process determines whether the drive system is operating abnormally based on the feature amount.

  • Publication number: 20220011764
Abstract: A predictive maintenance device for an industrial machine includes a determination model and a processor. The determination model has been trained by machine learning to output a possibility of an abnormality for each of a plurality of components by inputting state data. The state data indicates a state of a drive system of the industrial machine. The plurality of components are included in the drive system. The plurality of components are connected to each other so as to operate in conjunction with each other. The processor acquires the state data. The processor acquires the possibility of the abnormality in each of the plurality of components from the state data by using the determination model. The processor determines the component to be maintained from the plurality of components based on the possibility of the abnormality.

  • Publication number: 20220011765
Abstract: A server displays information about a plurality of industrial machines on a display of a client computer. The server includes a storage device, a processor, and a communication device. The storage device stores state data indicative of states of a plurality of industrial machines. The processor determines remaining lives of the plurality of industrial machines from the state data. The processor generates data indicative of a machine list screen. The machine list screen includes identifiers of the plurality of industrial machines and the remaining lives. The communication device outputs the data indicative of the machine list screen to a client computer via a communication network.

  • Publication number: 20210406705
Abstract: A system collects training data in order to train a determination model of artificial intelligence that determines an abnormality of an industrial machine. The system includes a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores state data indicative of a state of the industrial machine acquired in time series. The processor determines an occurrence of a trigger related to an occurrence of the abnormality in the industrial machine, and extracts data corresponding to the trigger from the state data when the trigger occurs. The processor stores the data corresponding to the trigger as the training data.

  • Patent number: 8468866
Abstract: In the die cushion device, a shock absorber device relieves shock between a cushion pad and a support section. The shock absorber device includes a damping section and an elastic section. The damping section generates reaction force in accordance with the relative speed of the cushion pad with respect to the support section. The elastic section generates reaction force in accordance with the relative displacement of the cushion pad with respect to the support section. The controller section controls a servomotor so that a speed difference between the speed of the slide member and the speed of the support section is set to be a predetermined target speed difference value that changes over time.

  • Patent number: 6658311
Abstract: A maintenance management system for a press line which enables even one person to carry out efficient maintenance operations. For this purpose, in the maintenance management system, a communication cable for a network is laid inside the press line with a management computer being the starting point, and a connector capable of being connected to a communicable device is placed in at least one predetermined location on the communication cable. A portable input/output terminal, which is connected to the connector, incorporates software for optionally detecting and displaying maintenance information in the management computer, and which allows an operator to operate the software, is included.

  • Patent number: 5717433
Abstract: A touch screen display having a display surface composed of a touch screen, on which screens can be selectively displayed by touching the touch screen in an interactive manner. The touch screen display does not take time in executing a program and ensures high display response performance. A location specified by a touch on the display surface of a plasma display is detected in a touch detecting circuit by detecting a mesh number which is allocated to each of mesh regions into which the whole display surface is divided by a virtual mesh. By a switch filter, when the detected mesh number corresponds to other locations than those of control instruction indicia each displayed in the form of an operation button on the screen displayed on the display surface, the mesh number is invalidated. On the other hand, when the mesh number corresponds to the location of any one of the control instruction indicia, the mesh number is validated.
