  • Publication number: 20180131057
Abstract: To provide a battery cooling apparatus capable of obtaining a sufficient amount of blown air even when a cooling fan has a predetermined size and achieving cost reduction and size and weight reduction. A rotor shaft of a motor extends in the shaft direction to the outside of a motor case, a plurality of impellers is assembled to the rotor shaft, as many cooling blowers as a plurality of vehicle battery units are assembled integrally to the motor, and discharge ports of the cooling blowers are disposed so as to face the openings of housing boxes housing the vehicle battery units.

  • Patent number: 7355306
Abstract: A drive motor is supported and fixed onto a motor support plate composing a support member through vibration proof rubber which damps vibration, the frequency of which is not less than 1 kHz. Due to the foregoing, it becomes difficult for the vibration generated from the drive motor itself, to be transmitted to the support member so that the generation of resonance noise can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20070170790
Abstract: A drive motor 42 is supported and fixed onto a motor support plate 44 composing a support member through vibration proof rubber 45 which damps vibration, the frequency of which is not less than 1 kHz, to be not more than 50%. Due to the foregoing, it becomes difficult for the vibration generated from the drive motor 42 itself, the frequency of which is not less than 1 kHz, to be transmitted to the support member so that the generation of resonance noise can be prevented. Further, a protrusion 44a is provided on a surface of the motor support plate 44 and the resonance frequency of the support member is adjusted to be not less than 1 kHz. Due to the foregoing, even when the vibration of the drive motor 42, the frequency of which is lower than 1 kHz, is transmitted to the support member, resonance noise is not generated.
