Abstract: In a gas refining method using a PSA method, a cleaning step is divided into a preparatory cleaning step and a substantial cleaning step, and an exhaust gas (particularly a high concentration gas obtained in the latter half is effective) obtained in the substantial cleaning step is used as a gas to be admitted into an adsorption column in the preparatory cleaning step. This method is employed, for example, to refine carbon monoxide from a material gas containing carbon monoxide. Accordingly, the gas refining method using the PSA method can ensure a specified amount of collected gas product without resulting in an increase in the amount of adsorbent even if a low concentration material gas is used.

Abstract: The invention provides a path analyzing displaying apparatus for designing a logic circuit which can achieve reduction in intervention degree of a designer and expansion of human interface with a minimum portion which requires intervention. The apparatus comprises a graphic screen for displaying information necessary for path analysis of a logic circuit of an object of designing. Logic circuit components are grouped into a target group including a noticed point determined based on a logical simulation output result and any of the logic circuit components which can have an influence on the noticed point and a non-target group which includes those logic circuit components which do not have an influence on the analysis point, and the graphic screen displays the logic circuit components separately in the target group and the non-target group. The apparatus is applied to design a logic circuit of an LSI, a PCB or the like.

Abstract: A preparation system for CAD library model includes: a library model file for storing present CAD library models; a first external data file for storing first external data inputted by an operator; a management file for storing lists of the present CAD library models; a work file for storing character data, coordinate data and connection data of a circuit model; a second external data file for storing second external data inputted by the operator; a data editing and processing unit for performing edition and process of the new CAD library model based on the present CAD library model and the first/second external data; a preparation and addition unit for preparing the new CAD library models and adding them into the present CAD library model in accordance with contents of the data editing and processing unit and the word file; and a library model file for storing new CAD library models.
