  • Publication number: 20230350432
Abstract: When an acceleration equal to or larger than a threshold value is exerted to a vehicle, an unmanned air vehicle takeoff and landing dock unlocks an unmanned air vehicle in a direction opposite to a direction in which the acceleration is exerted. When an acceleration detector of the unmanned air vehicle detects the acceleration equal to or larger than a threshold value, a flight controller of the unmanned air vehicle controls flight of the unmanned air vehicle to cause the unmanned air vehicle to ascend. Further, the unmanned air vehicle starts imaging by an imaging unit and starts transmitting imaging data acquired.

  • Publication number: 20140068387
Abstract: A low density parity check (LDPC) coding unit performs LDPC coding. An interleaving unit interleaves the LDPC-coded data, based on an array according to the number of bits that constitute a modulated symbol. A per-area division rearrangement unit divides to classify the interleaved data into a plurality of areas in a manner such that each area is formed by contiguous data and also outputs data, according to the number of bits that constitute the modulated symbol, by successively changing the areas. A symbol mapping unit generates the modulated symbol based on the data fed from the per-area division rearrangement unit.

  • Publication number: 20040012891
Abstract: To provide an FPC mounting apparatus for automatically mounting an FPC within a holding portion formed in a carriage arm of a carriage, an FPC can be automatically mounted within a holding portion by an FPC mounting apparatus provided with push-in means for pushing the FPC into the holding portion and mounting it therein. In addition, guiding means is provided, the FPC is guided from both sides in the thickness direction, and the FPC can be mounted within the holding portion more securely.

  • Patent number: 5739657
Abstract: A controlling apparatus for representing the motion of a normal wheeled omni-directional vehicle (ODV) in a relative coordinate system, and for effectively controlling the ODV and a controlling method thereof. Drive wheels are connected to four corners of the body of the ODV through offset links that can be independently steered. With the offset links, even if the body stops, it can be reoriented without a need to perform a forced direction change operation. The traveling speed of the body, the turning radius of the body, and the angle between the horizontal axis of the body and the traveling direction thereof are defined as relative variables of a relative coordinate system. With these relative variables, the motion of the ODV is designated. The designated motion of the body is converted into the time change or the displacement (drive speed) and the steering angle of each wheel by inverse kinematics. The corresponding control signals are sent to a driving unit of the wheels.

  • Patent number: 5136227
Abstract: An active gravitation compensation device, in which the weight of a driven member is supported substantially in a gravitation-free state by the output of a servo-actuator, and a small-sized torque motor is directly coupled to the driven member to control the operation of the driven member with the output of the torque motor.

  • Patent number: 4990194
Abstract: A thin high-strength article of spheroidal graphite cast iron having graphite particles dispersed in a ferrite matrix containing 10% or less of pearlite, characterized in that there are substantially no fine gaps between the graphite particles and the ferrite matrix. It is produced by pouring a melt having a spheroidal graphite cast iron composition into a casting mold; removing the casting mold by shake-out, while substantially the entire portion of the resulting cast iron product is still at a temperature of its A.sub.3 transformation point or higher; immediately introducing the cast iron product into a uniform temperature zone of a continuous furnace kept at a temperature of the A.sub.3 transformation point or higher, where the cast iron product is held for 30 minutes or less to decompose cementite contained in the matrix; and transferring the cast iron product into a cooling zone of the continuous furnace to cool the cast iron product at such a cooling speed as to achieve the ferritization of the matrix.

  • Patent number: 4423406
Abstract: A non-contact type potentiometer comprises one pair of circular magnetic reluctance elements concentrically disposed and offset by 90.degree. from each other and a semicircular, rotary, permanent magnet member rotatably disposed and separated from said pair of elements. The two output voltages phase shifted by 90.degree. from each other and produced by the rotation of the rotary member include the regions in which the rotation angle and the output voltage are linearly proportional. By using the signals from these regions, this potentiometer enables the measurement of the rotation angle to be attained throughout the entire cycle of the rotation of the rotary shaft.
