  • Patent number: 11931830
Abstract: A control method for gas-shielded arc welding includes providing a normal arc period in which the welding current is maintained at a setting current Icc set in advance, and providing a separation control period after the separation timing of the molten droplet is detected in the normal arc period, the separation control period including a current decreasing section, a current maintaining section, and a current increasing section. In the separation control period, at least one of the following controls for preventing a short circuit is performed: control of an output voltage, control of a feeding speed, and control of a gas ratio.

  • Patent number: 6752400
Abstract: A moving unit provides a wheel that supports a body portion in a condition that the body portion can be moved, a supporting member that is mounted at a position that does not interfere with rotation of the wheel and an arm that is mounted at a position shifted from an axis of the supporting member and that can move a distal end of the arm toward a direction away from the axis of the supporting member by being driven with the supporting member as a foothold and is so arranged that the body portion can be lifted up together with the wheel by grounding the distal end of the arm when the moving unit is transported, the crank and the arm are incorporated around an axle of the wheel in a compact state, which makes it possible to operate the moving unit stably.

  • Patent number: 6523676
Abstract: A continuous treatment apparatus is provided that resists thermal shock and treatment gases and correctly transfers treated objects. An urging mechanism 9 that urges a treated object w is adapted to transfer a treated object w by reciprocating rack member 91 using a pinion 92 in separating compartments 6 between treatment chambers 1, 2, 3, and 4. This arrangement eliminates the need to install rack members 91 and pinion 92 in a severe atomsphere.

Abstract: Since the moving unit comprises a wheel that supports a body portion in a condition that the body portion can be moved, a supporting member that is mounted at a position that does not interfere rotation of the wheel in a condition that can be rotatably driven and an arm that is mounted at a position shifted from an axis of the supporting member and that can move a distal end of the arm toward a direction away from the axis of the supporting member by being driven with the supporting member as a foothold and is so arranged that the body portion can be lifted up together with the wheel by grounding the distal end of the arm when the moving unit is transported, the crank and the arm are incorporated around an axle of the wheel in a compact state, which makes it possible to operate the moving unit stably.

  • Patent number: 5614029
Abstract: A method and apparatus to minimize contamination in a furnace comprising placing a case to accommodate material to be heat treated in the furnace, forming a gas flow into the case from inside of the furnace, heating the work maintained in the case to evaporate organic matters contained in the work, evacuating the vapor containing the organic matter to the outside of the furnace through an internal evacuation duct provided through the furnace, liquefying the vapor containing the organic matters under reduced pressure by introducing same into a liquefying trap and thereafter continuously collecting these liquefied organic matters.

  • Patent number: 5251498
Abstract: To solve the problem that the prior device has a difficulty in performing accurate measurement of weight or dimension of a work which is placed in a furnace, the invention provides a device for measuring the physical state of the work under high temperature conditions such as a sintering furnace, which comprises: a frame for holding a work; a base on which the frame is placed; a probe having an end portion disposed for relative movement between the work and the frame; a step motor for driving the probe so that the end portion of the probe moves between the work and the frame and also lifts the frame together with the work away from the base; a microcomputer which acts together with a magnetic scale and a load cell to send a control signal to the step motor, thereby detecting a displacement of the probe and a load imposed on the probe.
