    Abstract: A mobile terminal includes: a first body including an operation part; a second body including a display; and a connector which rotatably connects the first body and the second body. The connector is connected to the first body, and rotates with respect to the first body about a first rotating shaft. The connector is connected to a lateral end of the second body, and rotates with respect to the second body about a second rotating shaft orthogonal to the first rotating shaft. A first fitting portion is formed on a connected surface of the connector to be connected with the second body. A second fitting portion which is fitted to the first fitting portion, is formed on the second body. When the second body relatively rotates about the second rotating shaft to overlap the connector on the connected surface, the first fitting portion fits to the second fitting portion.

    Abstract: An apparatus for producing Ti by Ca reduction by the invention includes a reaction tank retaining a molten salt in which a molten salt CaCl2 is contained and Ca is dissolved, an electrolytic cell retaining a molten salt containing CaCl2, and a continuum body which is movably constructed while part of the continuum body is immersed in the molten salt either within the reaction tank or electrolytic cell. In the inventive method for producing Ti by Ca reduction, the molten salt in the electrolytic cell is electrolyzed to generate Ca on the cathode side which is transported to the reaction tank while deposited on and adheres to the continuum body, and TiCl4 is supplied to the reaction tank to generate Ti.

    Abstract: There is provided a liquid crystal display capable of decreasing the number of components and easily carrying out an assembly. When a liquid crystal body 13 is to be attached to an opening 12 of a housing 11, the liquid crystal body 13 is supported and attached to the housing 11 by means of a plate portion 16 provided in parallel with the opening 12 through a wall portion 15 on a back side 11a of the housing 11. In this case, a flexible board 14 drawn from an end face of the liquid crystal body 13 is pulled out of an insertion hole 17 provided on the wall portion 15. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide a holding member in the attachment of the liquid crystal body to the housing as in the conventional art. Therefore, it is possible to decrease the number of components and to reduce an attachment man-hour of the holding member.

    Abstract: An engine control system for controlling combustion of an internal combustion engine equipped with an exhaust gas purifying catalyst. The system controls fuel combustion on the basis of control parameters including air/fuel ratio, ignition timing and intake air flow so as to cause a rise in exhaust gas temperature while an exhaust gas purifying catalyst installed in an exhaust line of the engine is insufficiently warmed or inactive. When a fluctuation of engine speed is detected, the system controls the air/fuel ratio to reach a target value close to a stoichiometric value, for example, a value between 13 and 17, and controls a control parameter other than air/fuel ratio so as to bring the fluctuation of engine speed within limits of stable combustion while the exhaust gas purifying catalyst is insufficiently warmed. The air/fuel ratio feedback control may be commenced immediately after an engine start.
