Patent number: 6668057Abstract: An arithmetic processing section is designed to repeatedly execute product-sum arithmetic processing a number of times equal to the number of samples corresponding to each of the frequencies, in which a value obtained by subtracting a product-sum arithmetic value two sampling periods before from an input signal and a value obtained by multiplying a product-sum arithmetic value one sampling period before by a coefficient corresponding to a reference frequency contained in a DTMF signal are added. A comparator extracts an output value equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold value from the product-sum arithmetic values obtained by the arithmetic processing section. A matrix section determines the type of DTMF signal on the basis of at least two output values extracted by the comparator.Type: GrantFiled: November 22, 2000Date of Patent: December 23, 2003Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha ToshibaInventors: Eiji Otsuka, Takeshi Yamashita, Yoshiko Hase

Patent number: 6427880Abstract: A liquid inlet located in the lower position of a liquid passage is sealed with the valve guide of a valve body. The lever pushes the valve guide of the valve body to open up the liquid inlet. A pair of fixing arms is provided on the edge of the lever. An insertion hole of the pivot installed in a protruding manner or two sidewalls of the liquid passage is formed on each fixing arm. When moving the lever in the direction opposite to operation around each fixing arm, the boss member is abutted on sidewalls to widen the gap between each fixing arm to remove the insertion hole from the pivot. This makes it easy to take apart and assemble the structured parts of the plug and makes it washable in every nook and corner inside the plug structure.Type: GrantFiled: November 20, 2001Date of Patent: August 6, 2002Assignee: Nippon Sanso CorporationInventors: Masato Hirose, Eiji Otsuka

Patent number: 5758205Abstract: A lens barrel constructed of a cam slot, a lens cylinder, a memory means, a detecting means, a motor driving means and a control means. The cam slot has a discontinuous area formed in a portion corresponding to a parting line of a molding die used for molding. The lens cylinder ass a cam follower engaging with this cam slot. The memory means stores information indicating where the discontinuous area exists in the cam slot. The detecting means detects where the cam follower is positioned in the cam slot. The motor driving means makes the lens cylinder progress and retreat in the optical-axis direction by relatively driving the cam slot and the lens cylinder. The control means controls the motor driving means to drive the lens cylinder up to a position deviating from the discontinuous area when the cam follower is in the discontinuous area by comparing memory information of the memory mens with detection information of the detecting means.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 1996Date of Patent: May 26, 1998Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Minoru Hara, Kazuhiro Satoh, Eiji Otsuka

Patent number: 5588197Abstract: A metallic vacuum double-walled container and manufacturing method therein is provided in which an inner container and outer container are both formed from a metal. From among the aforementioned, at least the outer container possesses a body which is formed by rolling a steel plate with a Vickers hardness of 250.about.600. The outer container is then shaped into a cylindrical body, and joined to a processed inner container at their mouth portions to form a metallic double-walled container. This metallic double-walled container is then heat treated at a temperature of 200.degree..about.600.degree. C. under a vacuum, and the space between the two walls of the metallic double-walled container is vacuum sealed to form the final product.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 1995Date of Patent: December 31, 1996Assignee: Nippon Sanso CorporationInventors: Yasuhiko Satomi, Seiichi Itoh, Eiji Otsuka, Jun Yamaki, Takashi Kato

Patent number: 5583595Abstract: A lens barrel constructed of a cam slot, a lens cylinder, a memory, a detector, a motor drive and a controller. The cam slot has a discontinuous area formed in a portion corresponding to a parting line of a molding die used for molding. The lens cylinder has a cam follower slidably engaging the cam slot. The memory stores information indicating where the discontinuous area exists in the cam slot. The detector detects where the cam follower is positioned in the cam slot. The motor drive makes the lens cylinder progress and retreat in the optical-axis direction by driving one of the cam slot and the lens cylinder relative to the other. The controller controls the motor drive to drive the lens cylinder up to a position deviating from the discontinuous area when the cam follower is in the discontinuous area by comparing memory information of the memory with detection information of the detector.Type: GrantFiled: April 4, 1994Date of Patent: December 10, 1996Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Minoru Hara, Kazuhiro Satoh, Eiji Otsuka

Patent number: 5058142Abstract: A clock extractor which generates a clock signal for sampling of a data of a data signal received from a digital line on the basis of a separation clock having a period corresponding to a data communication rate of a data to be separated from the received data signal. The clock extractor always generates a plurality of clock signals which have respectively an identical period corresponding to a data communication rate of the received data signal and which phases are slightly shifted mutually, and each time selects one of the plurality of clock signals as a clock signal for sampling of the received data signal. In the selecting operation of the clock extractor, a change in the logical level of the separation clock to a specific level is detected with resolution power corresponding to the slightly mutually shifted phases of the plurality of clock signals, and any one of the plurality of clock signals is specified according to the detection timing.Type: GrantFiled: March 30, 1990Date of Patent: October 15, 1991Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha ToshibaInventor: Eiji Otsuka

Patent number: 4154760Abstract: A urea synthesis process for converting ammonia and carbon dioxide to urea is improved by providing an easy means of maintaining the urea synthesis zone in the process at a constant temperature. In the process the starting CO.sub.2 and up to and including 100 percent of the starting NH.sub.3 are reacted in a heat-recovery zone maintained at a urea synthesis pressure. Some of the heat of reaction is removed. The molar ratio of NH.sub.3 to CO.sub.2 which is fed into the heat-recovery zone is less than 4. The reaction mixture and the rest of the starting NH.sub.3 are fed into a urea synthesis zone maintained at urea synthesis pressure to produce urea. The improvement involves adjusting the amount of starting ammonia which is fed into the urea synthesis zone in response to any change in the temperature in the urea synthesis zone so that the urea synthesis zone is maintained at a substantially fixed temperature.Type: GrantFiled: January 27, 1977Date of Patent: May 15, 1979Assignee: Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals, Inc.Inventors: Eiji Otsuka, Shinji Yoshimura, Kazumichi Kanai, Shigeru Inoue
