  • Publication number: 20240097441
Abstract: A management system includes a plurality of resources configured to be electrically connected to an external power supply, and a management device configured to manage the resources. The management device includes a planning unit and a management unit. The planning unit is configured to determine a power balancing plan of each of the resources by using first information on a use schedule of each of the resources and second information indicating a magnitude of an environmental load in a process of generating electric power to be supplied by the external power supply. The management unit is configured to manage the resources to cause each of the resources to operate according to the power balancing plan or a modified power balancing plan in power balancing of the external power supply.

  • Patent number: 7366075
Abstract: An optical recording medium has a phase-change recording layer containing Sb and Te as essential elements therefor, to which is added at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ag, Au, Cu, Zn, B, Al, Ga, In, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, N, P, Bi, La, Ce, Gd, and Tb, the recording layer being capable of assuming an amorphous phase changed from a crystalline phase by the application of a laser beam thereto, thereby optically recording information. Recording marks are formed in the recording medium by converting a light emission wave of laser beam into a recording pulse train comprising a plurality of on-pulses and off-pulses, with a recording frequency being continuously changed corresponding to the location of each of the recording marks in the radial direction of said recording medium. A recording apparatus has laser beam driving circuit means, signal generation means, and signal transmission means for achieving the above recording method.

  • Patent number: 5412413
Abstract: A liquid jet recording head includes a base member, a liquid layer maintained on the base member and a plurality of heater elements, arranged in a line on the base member, for supplying energy to liquid adjacent thereto, the energy operation portions being put under the liquid layer. A method for making a liquid drop fly from the liquid jet recording head onto a recording sheet so that a dot image is formed on the recording sheet includes steps of (a) generating a bubble in the liquid to which the energy is supplied by each of energy operation portions in accordance with image data; (b) making the bubble grow up until a predetermined size of the bubble is obtained; (c) contracting the bubble under a condition where each of the energy portions supplies no energy to the liquid in which the bubble is formed; and (d) making the bubble disappear into the liquid.
