  • Publication number: 20240088756
Abstract: A motor monitoring sensor is continuously operable at a lower cost. The motor monitoring sensor includes an acceleration sensor attachable to a motor to be monitored to detect vibration of the motor, a processor that generates state information indicating a state of the motor based on a detection value indicating the vibration of the motor detected by the acceleration sensor, a transmitter that transmits the generated state information to a host device, and a vibration-powered generator attachable to the motor to generate power with the vibration of the motor and supply the generated power to the acceleration sensor, the processor, and the transmitter.

  • Patent number: 6709045
Abstract: A roof side rail has a closed cross-section formed by integrating side rail outer and inner, and a part of the side rail forms an upper edge of a vehicle body side opening. A pipe-shaped reinforcing member is inserted into the side rail from the front side thereof to a part forming the upper edge of the opening, and is fixed to the side rail inner. Therefore, even when cross-sectional areas between the front side of the side rail and the part of the side rail forming the upper edge of the opening differ, both of which are connected to each other via a step part deviated to the largest degree, the stiffness of the step part is increased, and the number of parts and man-hours required for welding are reduced.

  • Publication number: 20030085593
Abstract: There is provided a vehicle body structure in which a roof side rail has a closed section formed by integrating together a roof side rail outer and a roof side rail inner, and a part of the roof side rail in a longitudinal direction thereof forms an upper edge of a vehicle body side opening which is opened and closed by a sliding door. In the vehicle body structure, a pipe-shaped reinforcing member is inserted into the roof side rail from the front side thereof up to a part forming the upper edge of a rear opening, and is fixed to the roof side rail inner by welding. Therefore, in the vehicle body structure in which there is a difference in sectional area between the front side of the roof side rail and the part of the roof side rail forming the upper edge of the rear opening, both of which are connected to each other via a step part deviated to the largest degree, it is possible to improve the stiffness of the step part, reduce the number of parts and the man-hour required for welding.
