Publication number: 20240119539Abstract: Systems and methods for inferring and contextualizing a stranger on an enterprise platform are provided. The method includes generating a familiarity score between a user and an individual. Based on the generated familiarity score, the individual is determined to be a stranger to the user and a contextualized summary of the stranger is generated. The generated contextualized summary of the stranger is presented to the user in response to an upcoming interaction between the user and the stranger or a detected interaction between the user and the stranger.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2022Publication date: April 11, 2024Inventors: Mohammadreza BONYADI, Eivind Berg FOSSE, Sergey PUTILIN, Espen Trautmann SOMMERFELT, Ute Katja SCHIEHLEN, Kateryna SOLONKO, Ola SAETROM, Torbjørn HELVIK, Malgorzata PARUCH

Patent number: 7675821Abstract: An arrangement for the deployment of seismic sensor units, such as sensor nodes (24), on the seabed includes a frame structure that is adapted to carry a container (11) for containment of a data registration unit and additional auxiliary equipment for the sensor node. The arrangement has supports (12, 13) that can rest against the seabed, and an attachment means (17) for a lifting hook, for raising and lowering by means of a crane. There is a holder (20) for the sensor node (24) that can be positioned on the seabed and which is connected to the container through a signal cable (32). A releasable attachment means (22) holds the sensor node (24) in a downwardly extending position with respect to the supports (12, 13). The attachment means (22) is located with a horizontal distance from the container (11). A latch mechanism (25) for the attachment means (22) is adapted to release the sensor node (24).Type: GrantFiled: March 18, 2005Date of Patent: March 9, 2010Assignee: Seabird Technologies ASInventors: Eivind Berg, Johan Fredrik Näs, Thore Persson, Sven Magnc Storesund

Patent number: 7324406Abstract: A sensor arrangement is provided for use in the seismic investigation of geological formations below the seabed. A plurality of sensor nodes (20) are provided and are positioned gfor deployment on the seabed to collect pressure waves and shear waves from the geological formations and to transfer seismic data to a surface receiver. Each sensor node (20) may include a cylindrical structure (22), which is intended to penetrate downwardly into the seabed. At least one, preferably three, geophones (30-32) are positioned in connection with this structure (22). An advantageous method for operating a seismic mapping system with sensor arrangements orderly deployed on the seabed records data concerning system behavior and seismic data. This data may be further processed separately.Type: GrantFiled: December 9, 2003Date of Patent: January 29, 2008Assignee: Sea Bed Geophysical ASInventor: Eivind Berg

Patent number: 5442590Abstract: The device comprises instruments for collection and recording of signals in seismic exploration of the substratum off-shore. The device is designed as a pole which is adapted to be forced down into the seabed and comprises a pointed lower end (7), an intermediate approximately cylindrically shaped main portion (6), a vibration-absorbing spacer (14) between the pointed end (7) and the intermediate main portion (6). The other end of the intermediate main portion (6) is connected to a top part (8) designed for inserting/pulling and other ways of handling the device. The pointed end (7) at least comprises geophones (15-17) and a hydrophone (23) is placed in the vicinity of the upper end of the device. The majority of the device's other instruments are placed in the intermediate main portion (6). The device is connected to a main cable (4) which extends to a seismic ship (29, 31).Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 1992Date of Patent: August 15, 1995Assignee: Den norske stats oljeselskap a.sInventors: Bjornar Svenning, Eivind Berg

Patent number: 5265066Abstract: A marine seismic seabed cable for use on or near the seabed includes at least one pulling cable, a data cable, and a sleeve which surrounds the data cable and the pulling cable. Groups of geophones and position metering instruments are placed along the cable with the position metering instruments and geophones being disposed in a geophone sphere. The geophone sphere and the pulling cables are to a substantial degree mechanically isolated from each other so that, for example, shocks and signals against the seabed cable will only be transferred to a minor extent to the geophone sphere.Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 1992Date of Patent: November 23, 1993Assignee: Den norske stats oljeselskap a.sInventors: Bjornar Svenning, Eivind Berg
