  • Patent number: 10107721
Abstract: Fluid sampling assembly (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) adapted to be installed with fluid communication with a flow of a fluid to be sampled. The assembly comprises a rotating body (23) supported in a chamber (27) of a chamber housing (29). The chamber has a fluid inlet (31). The rotating body (23) comprises a sample compartment (33) with a sample compartment inlet (35). The rotating body (23) is connected to a rotation actuator (17). The sample compartment (33) is in fluid communication with the fluid inlet (31) when the rotating body (23) is in a rotational position where the sample compartment inlet (35) is aligned with the fluid inlet (31). The sample compartment (33) is enclosed by an inner wall (25) of the chamber (27) and inner walls of the sample compartment (33) when the sample compartment inlet (35) is in a position out of alignment with the fluid inlet (31).

  • Patent number: 9151700
Abstract: Sampling arrangement adapted for extracting a fluid sample from a fluid flowing in a flow path. The arrangement comprises a sampling valve, such as a ball valve, comprising an outer body and an inner body rotationally supported within it. The inner body is rotationally supported about a rotation axis and comprises a cavity with a first opening adapted to be rotated into and out of fluid connection with the flowing fluid, and a second opening which faces in a direction parallel to the rotation axis of the inner rotating body.

Abstract: Sampling arrangement adapted for extracting a fluid sample from a fluid flowing in a flow path (13). The arrangement comprises a sampling valve (110), such as a ball valve, comprising an outer body and an inner body rotationally supported within it. The inner body is rotationally supported about a rotation axis and comprises a cavity (119) with a first opening (119b) adapted to be rotated into and out of fluid connection with the flowing fluid, and a second opening (119c) which faces in a direction parallel to the rotation axis of the inner rotating body.

  • Patent number: 7704016
Abstract: A subsea docking unit 2 including an electronic module for being removably connected to a subsea docking station 1 comprises a canister B containing electronics to be connected to the docking station, and a selectively, engageable locking device for locking the docking unit to the docking station. The locking device comprises one or more arm structures adapted for being pivotally mounted into a corresponding arm holding detail on said docking unit, and an actuator means for moving said arm structure in relation to one or more corresponding arm receiving and retaining details on said docking station, whereby a releasable locking engagement and disengagement of the docking unit and docking station is obtained. The docking station correspondingly comprises arm receiving and retaining detail adapted for receiving and retaining a docking unit. The docking unit and docking station are parts of a multiphase flow meter.
