    Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission method and device, for use in solving the problem in the prior art that no specific solution is available for dealing with how to transmit an SR and a PUSCH when the SR overlaps with the PUSCH in a time domain. According to embodiments of the present invention, if it is determined that a PUCCH bearing first type of DCI overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain after a target node of the PUSCH, it is possible to select to discard the first type of DCI or delay the first type of DCI to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting. The first type of DCI borne by the PUCCH overlapping with the PUSCH is discarded or delayed to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting, thus ensuring that one PUSCH ready to be transmitted or being transmitted can be normally transmitted and reducing a waste of system resources.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), to resolve the issue of repeated transmissions of UCI in the prior art. In an embodiment of the present application, a terminal determines a bit sequence of coded UCI of a first transmission, the UCI being repeatedly transmitted on a PUCCH, and the terminal transmits the bit sequence of the coded UCI in a determined uplink channel in each subsequent retransmission of the UCI. A network side apparatus uses the same method to determine a bit sequence of coded UCI of a first transmission, and receives, via a determined uplink channel, a repeatedly transmitted bit sequence of the coded UCI. In the embodiments of the present application, a bit sequence of coded UCI is determined according to a channel of the UCI in a first transmission time slot.

In the transmission method for distinguishing a plurality of SR configurations provided by embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal cascades an M-bit SR with a first UCI and simultaneously transmits same, and M-bit SR information is used for indicating SR states of the plurality of SR configurations of the terminal, ensuring that a base station performs correct uplink scheduling on the terminal.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application relate to a method for performing hybrid automatic repeat request feedback, and a terminal, for solving the problem existing in the prior art that there is no clear solution regarding how to perform feedback on HARQ-ACK of an SPS PDSCH. In the embodiments of the present application, the terminal adds or removes HARQ-ACK of an SPS PDSCH in an HARQ-ACK codebook transmitted over a PUCCH or a PUSCH, and transmits a processed HARQ-ACK codebook. Since the terminal can add or remove the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH in the HARQ-ACK codebook transmitted over the PUCCH or the PUSCH, a solution to perform feedback on the HARQ-ACK of the SPS PDSCH is given, improving system performance.
