  • Patent number: 10045875
Abstract: “Vest to Provide Decompression and Traction for Spine and Method of Use” consists of (1) a thoracic top belt (2) a waist bottom belt, each belt having provision of independent tightening (3) an elastic band connecting both belts, thus making a single vest and ((4) a turn buckle mounted in the back of wearer parallel to sine.) The turn buckle integrally but detachably positioned against the top belt and bottom belt provides upward lifting force to the thorax via the top belt and the downward force to the lumbar via the bottom belt, providing the decompression and traction to the spine.

  • Publication number: 20170319370
Abstract: consists of (1) a thoracic top belt (2) a waist bottom belt, each belt having provision of independent tightening (3) an elastic band connecting both belts, thus making a single vest and (b) a plurality of one to two turn-buckles used in two different embodiments.

  • Publication number: 20140159400
Abstract: A two bladed ice shovel and a two bladed windshield ice scrapper each having a single handle bar are disclosed. The collecting blade of the shovel has its axis substantially aligned with the axis of the handle bar. The axis of the second blade termed, chopping blade remains above the axis of the collecting blade. The axes of the two blades form a 30 to 60 degree angle. During ice removal, the chopping blade delivers roughly constant volume of load onto the shovel, leads the way, chops by vibratory hammering, the ice formed on the pavement; and the collecting blade follows and collects chopped ice allowing ice removal. The structure of the chopping blade provides a convenient second handle for ease of load disposal if desired. A second embodiment of the apparatus allows better removal of ice and snow from vehicle windshields.

  • Publication number: 20110232551
Abstract: This invention was intended to develop an earth working equipment and system for digging holes in ground particularly in agricultural soils for needs including but not limited to transplanting of seedlings of flowers, vegetables, fruits, bushes, and shrubs; and for making holes for other purposes where hollow-cylindrical shapes are desired. One very important feature of the equipment is the provision of a removable or embeddable cylindrical retaining wall around the hole being dug thus preventing hole-deforming avalanches of soils, common in trowel assisted hole digging that results in V-shaped rather than cylindrical shaped holes. This provision and other features of the equipment ensure formation of consistent hollow-cylindrical holes effectively, efficiently and economically. The equipment consists of a tilling tool to loosen the soil, a screw conveyor to dig into and transport the soil away, and a cylindrical retaining wall to maintain cylindrical shape of the hole by preventing soil avalanches.

  • Patent number: 5105497
Abstract: An improved electric eraser that prevents crumbs from scattering, confines them in a small area around the rotating eraser, and collects crumbs in a removal container simultaneously while erasing, consisting of a suction pipe to prevent crumbs from scattering, confine crumbs to a small area around the rotating eraser, and suck the crumbs; a removable container to collect the crumbs in; a baffle to deflect and force the crumbs to settle in the container; a centrifugal fan to produce suction; an enclosure for the centrifugal fan to provide an appropriate outlet area for the sucked air; an electric motor to run the centrifugal fan; a power means; and a switching means. The suction produced by the centrifugal fan forces and transports the eraser crumbs through the suction pipe to the baffle where the crumbs are deflected, lose the momentum, and are forced to settle in the removable container for final disposal.

  • Patent number: 5042728
Abstract: A roller mill system (10) for grains such as wheat provides a frame structure (12), power apparatus (14), and first, second and third roller structures (16,18,20) collectively presenting an inverted pyramidal configuration. In this fashion three rollers (76,90,102) provide two nips or passages (122,124), thus eliminating the need for a fourth roller as in conventional two-passsage mills. Grain or the like is fed from grain hopper (38) into passage (122) where it undergoes processing action such as mashing or crimping. The grain is then transported to passage (124) for a second processing action. The processed grain, which is now reduced in particle size, is conveyed to a collection site (146) for further processing or packaging. Due to the relative angular velocities of rollers (76,90,102), all grain is transported to second passage (124) and virtually none escapes through passage (126). This is true despite the lack of any feeding mechanism to introduce the processed grain from (122) to passage (124).
