Abstract: A medical device in accordance with an embodiment of the present technology includes a first component and a second component configured to be detachably coupled to the first component. The first component can include a first housing with a recessed portion and a boss. The second component can comprise a second housing configured to be received within the recessed portion of the first housing while the first and second components are detachably coupled to one another. The second housing can define a socket configured to receive the boss of the first housing. The second component may be configured to be detachably coupled to the first component by positioning the socket over the boss and rotating the second component into the recessed portion of the first component.

The cosmetic container may include a lid for coupling to the base, an inner sifter with an inner sifter conical section including a plurality of apertures, and an outer sifter with an outer sifter conical section including a plurality of apertures. The outer sifter may be rotatable relative to the inner sifter to provide an open or a closed configuration.
