    Abstract: A metallic structure having an inner and outer enclosure fastened to a skid base having an upper and lower deck. The inner and outer enclosures are made from steel sheets with stiffeners fastened to the inner surface of the outer enclosure and outer surface of the inner disclosure. The inner and outer stiffeners are offset from one another and extend into the space between the enclosures about on-half of the space width. Fire and impact resistance insulation is introduced into the space in liquid or slurry form to fill the space between the inner and outer enclosures.
