Abstract: A micro-droplet plate including at least one fixed element which is a rigid flat support which has an upper face and a lower face, having, on said upper face, wells connected together by microchannels, said wells being delimited by a hydrophobic rim and crossed by a hole, where said wells and said microchannels define at least one microfluidic circuit; and moving elements, received in said wells through said holes, which are cylinders having an upper base and a lower base. The moving elements move, even independently of each other, along their vertical axis, and the upper base of said moving elements includes a hydrophilic surface with relief items.

Abstract: The invention relates to a computerised system for accessing to a vehicle. The computerised system comprises: a vehicle key comprising a control unit, a first wireless communication module operatively connected to said control unit and adapted to allow said control unit to communicate with a control system of said vehicle, a second wireless communication module operatively connected to said control unit and adapted to allow said control unit to communicate with a mobile computerised device; a software application which can be stored on and executed by at least one mobile computerised device, said software application being configured to control said control unit to interact with said control system to cause the unlocking of one or more doors of said vehicle. In a further aspect, the invention relates to a computerised method for accessing to a vehicle.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention a method to introduce compounds inside red blood cells comprising: —providing red blood cells from a subject; —providing one or more compounds to be encapsulated in said red blood cells; —providing a loading device comprising a microporous matrix; —feeding said loading device with a suspension comprising said red blood cells and said one or more compounds; —collecting the red blood cells exiting from said loading device, which are encapsulated red blood cells; characterized in that: —said red blood cells and said one or more compound are in suspension at a pH of between 6.8 and 7.8, preferably of between 7.35 and 7.
