  • Patent number: 12165105
Abstract: The present embodiments relate to automatic claim value generation. Particularly, the present embodiments include retrieving information from various sources and processing the data to derive an overview of damage to vehicles incurred during a vehicle accident, deriving an estimated value (or “cost”) to rectify the damage, and a client-specific claim value to be presented to the client representing a value to rectify the damage based on a policy corresponding to the client. The present embodiments provide an automated (or “touchless”) claim value payout system to provide a claim value specific to the client and the accident incurred by the client that is performed by a computing device without intervention by an operator.

  • Patent number: 12136094
Abstract: Insurance and warranty cataloging, detection and evaluation techniques are described for a micro insurance or warranty system. An example method for an insurance or warranty system includes receiving, at a server, an error code from a device of a user, processing the error code to extract sensor data related to one or more failed components of the device, determining the one or more failed components is covered within an insurance policy or warranty based on the sensor data, and issuing an insurance claim or warranty claim based on the one or more failed components being covered. In some embodiments, the micro insurance or warranty system includes analyzing the sensor data to determine the cause of the one or more failed components.

  • Patent number: 12125108
Abstract: A memory storing processor executable instructions, and a processor configured to execute the processor executable instructions, wherein execution of the processor executable instructions causes the processor to perform operations including receiving image data from an image sensor configured to acquire images in a home, identifying objects in the image data, accessing one or more databases storing risk data associated with the objects in the image data, and, in response to risk data of a particular object in the image data exceeding a threshold, sending, to a device, a notification comprising an indication of the particular object as a high-risk object.

  • Patent number: 12125154
Abstract: A system and method facilitate interactive collaboration using an extended reality (XR) environment. The XR environment provides an electronic whiteboard to users of the XR environment. The XR environment provides an electronic notepad to the first user at a device of the first user. The XR environment receives a note of the electronic notepad from the first user, then receives an input to detach the note from the electronic notepad and to attach the note to the electronic whiteboard. Finally, the XR environment provides a view of the note on the electronic whiteboard to the second user.

  • Patent number: 12086813
Abstract: A smart glasses system includes smart glasses configured to be worn by an individual. The smart glasses include a display and a camera configured to obtain one or more images. One or more processors are communicatively coupled to the smart glasses and are configured to receive the one or more images and to process the one or more images to identify characteristics of damage to a property. The one or more processors are also configured to generate, based on the characteristics of the damage to the property, a mitigation protocol. The one or more processors are further configured to provide an output indicative of one or more steps of the mitigation protocol to the smart glasses for presentation to the individual via the display.

  • Publication number: 20240289069
Abstract: A system and method for generating a secure digital copy of content associated with a non-fungible token (NFT). The system may include, be part of, or be in communication with a print device. The system will receive, from a requesting entity, a print request to print digital content that is associated with an NFT. The system will then access a user profile of the requesting entity to identify a digital wallet associated with the requesting entity. The system will determine whether the digital wallet indicates that the requesting entity owns the NFT. In response to determining that the digital wallet indicates that the requesting entity owns the NFT, the system will generate a print job that comprises a set of instructions to print the digital content, optionally with a verification code. The system may then cause the print device to print the digital content.
