Abstract: The present embodiments relate to an Augmented Reality (AR) vehicle buying experience. A client can provide a series of client information, such as characteristics of a desired vehicle. A specified vehicle can be identified and characteristics of that vehicle can be identified. The characteristics of the vehicle can then be compared with the desired vehicle characteristics provided by the client to determine whether the vehicle corresponds to the desired vehicle of the client. Responsive to determining that the specified vehicle corresponds to the desired vehicle of the client, the client AR display can be updated to highlight the specified vehicle depicted in the display. Alternatively, responsive to determining that the specified vehicle does not correspond to the desired vehicle of the client, the client AR display can be updated to obfuscate (e.g., grey out) the specified vehicle in the display.

Abstract: Methods and compositions used to identify and characterize novel rhodopsin domains, which are kalium (potassium)-conducting channelrhodopsins. The rhodopsin domain of these kalium (potassium)-conducting channelrhodopsins have been cloned, optimized and expressed in mammalian systems and thus may be used in, among others, optogenetic applications and as therapeutic agents for electrically active cell mediated disorders.

Abstract: The invention provides a thin, barely visible to invisible strap particularly useful for imparting invisibility without sacrificing the support imparted by such straps on underwears suitable for use on clothing of transparent material or on backless, strapless, and sleeveless clothing. The strap is made of a thin, clear, colorless, polyurethane material having the desired elasticity, flexibility and softness of a strap while providing sufficient support to the cups thereby preventing the breasts from sagging.
