Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention include a lighting fixture(s), a computer program product and a computer-implemented method that include program code executed by a processor(s) that obtains a request to implement a specified lighting pattern in the lighting fixture(s). Each lighting fixture includes effect lighting communicatively coupled to the processor(s) and functional lighting (oriented to illuminate a surface below the lighting fixture) communicatively coupled to the processor(s). The program code identifies the specified lighting pattern in a memory communicatively coupled to the processor(s), which includes a sequence for illuminating a portion of the effect lighting elements. The processor(s) executes the specified lighting pattern in the lighting fixture(s).

Abstract: Generally, a vaginal insert device used to treat urinary incontinence is disclosed. The vaginal insert device includes a support portion, a stabilizing portion, a removal device, and at least one fluid passageway extending though the support portion. The substantially cylindrical support portion has a distal end and a proximal end. In addition, the support portion has a plurality of foldable areas extending from the distal end to the proximal end. Desirably, the plurality of foldable areas helically curve as the plurality of foldable areas extend from the distal end to the proximal end. The largest outer circumference of the support portion has an insertion diameter when the plurality of foldable areas are compressed and foldable inward and an in-use diameter wherein the plurality of foldable areas are extended outward into a maximum in-use diameter position. Desirably, the in-use diameter is larger than the insertion diameter.

Abstract: Mattress assemblies are provided that include a mattress, a mattress overlay, and a mattress cover that is comprised of a first cover and a second cover. The first cover includes a top panel, a bottom panel, and a continuous side panel that collectively define a cavity and enclose the mattress. The mattress overlay is positioned atop the mattress and the first mattress cover. The second cover, which defines a perimeter, is positioned over and is dimensionally-sized to cover the mattress overlay and at least the top panel of the first cover. The second cover can then be connected to the first cover by a fastener that extends along the perimeter of the second cover.
