    Abstract: A fluid pulse valve and a method of using the fluid pulse valve are disclosed. The fluid pulse valve comprises an outer housing, a rotor contained within the outer housing, a stator tube surrounding the rotor and adjacent to the outer housing, the stator tube comprising a plurality of slots in a helical patter, and a helical closer coaxially and rotationally coupled to the rotor. At least a portion of the closer is configured to align with the plurality of slots as the closer rotates, thereby covering and uncovering the plurality of slots to create a crescendoing and decrescendoing pulse.
