Abstract: A repair apparatus and method is utilized for repairing leaks, ruptures or weaknesses in ell pipe fittings. An arcuate reinforcement structure conforms to the radius of curvature of the convex side of the fitting and a second arcuate reinforcement structure conforms to the curvature of the concave side of the fitting. One or both of the reinforcement structures urges a sealing member against the fitting, with at least one of the sealing members sealing over the leak, rupture, or weakness. The reinforcement structures may have integral bands which may attach to encircle the fitting.

The adapter has strike surfaces which allow the nut member or cylindrical member to be tightened or loosened by a hammering means, such as a hammer, mallet or sledge hammer. Thus, in the case of a pipe union, the device temporarily converts a nut union to a hammer union. The apparatus is configured to facilitate attachment of the device in tight situations, such as attaching the device to the nut member of a pipe union, or to a fitting, within a piping manifold having closely spaced parallel pipelines.

Abstract: A self-sealing puncture-proof pneumatic tubeless tire comprising a layer of soft non-cured gum rubber compound fixedly attached to the inner surface of the tire and a layer of soft textured nylon ply reinforced rubber secured by the adhesive effect of the non-cured gum rubber compound and vulcanized at the wire bead section of the tire, thereby enclosing the soft non-cured gum rubber compound.

Abstract: An ice cream cone with anti-dripping feature which collects liquid from ice cream as it melts, includes an open upper end for receiving the ice cream and an annular flange having a plurality of apertures extending around the periphery of the cone below the lip portion. Melted ice cream which drips down the outside of the ice cream cone is collected in the annular flange and passes through the apertures, collecting inside the ice cream cone. The annular flange with a plurality of apertures described herein also functions as an anti-dripping feature for paint cans and other similar containers holding thick liquids.
