  • Patent number: 12768261
Abstract: A computing system can be used to control concurrent wellbore operations. For example, the computing system can receive a process variable value of a process variable for two or more wellbore operations. The process variable may be a parameter of each of the two or more wellbore operations that is dependent on a manipulated variable of each of the two or more wellbore operations. The computing system may further receive a constraint. The constraint may include a maximum process variable value. The computing system may then determine, based on the constraint and the process variable value for each of the two or more wellbore operations, a manipulated variable value of the manipulated variable for each of the two or more wellbore operations. Additionally, the computing system can control the two or more wellbore operations using the manipulated variable value for each of the two or more wellbore operations.

  • Publication number: 20260298077
Abstract: A system for evaluating a flow distribution of a treatment fluid through perforation clusters in a wellbore casing of a hydraulic fracturing wellbore. The system can access pumping measurements generated by pumping a treatment fluid during the treatment operation and initialize, at a first time, a minimum treatment value and a least resistance value. The system can also determine, using the least resistance value and the minimum treatment value, a number of perforation holes open in the wellbore at a second time. The system can also calculate a relative perforation hole count ratio using the number of perforation holes open in the wellbore at the second time. The system can also determine, via tracking the relative perforation hole count over time, a cumulative reduction in the relative perforation hole count over time to predict a flow distribution of the treatment fluid.

  • Publication number: 20260298057
Abstract: A system can be used to control a power load to electrical pumps in a wellbore environment via switchgears by generating mappings between switchgears and electrical pumps. For example, the system can detect power data associated with a set of electrical pumps or a set of switchgears. The system can determine, based on the power data, one or more causal relationships between one or more pairs of individual electrical pumps in the set of electrical pumps and individual switchgears in the set of switchgears. The system can generate, based on the one or more causal relationships, a mapping indicating that a first electrical pump in the set of electrical pumps is electrically coupled to a first switchgear in the set of switchgears. The system can control, based on the mapping, an adjustment to a power load provided to the first electrical pump via the first switchgear.
