    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the fabrication of non-volatile memory devices. In at least one embodiment, the non-volatile memory of the present disclosure may include a resistive memory element with an ovonic threshold switch. The ovonic threshold switch may be connected in series with the resistive memory element and may act as an isolation device for the resistive memory element.
