  • Patent number: 8586666
Abstract: A method for producing an adhesive layer, an aqueous adhesive dispersion containing chlorinated polyolefins and further additives, having a pH from 10 to 13, being provided; said adhesive being adjusted, by the introduction of CO2, to a pH below 9.0; and an adhesive layer then being applied, wherein the quantity of CO2 to be introduced is determined and regulated by measuring the pH of the dispersion.

  • Publication number: 20120160410
Abstract: A method for adhesively bonding two substrates, one substrate being coated with a layer of an aqueous adhesive based on dispersions made of chlorinated polyolefins as well as additives, having a pH from 10 to 13; in a subsequent working step, an activator solution being applied onto the first or second substrate, the activator solution containing substances that comprise acid groups; and adhesively bonding the coated surfaces under light pressure. A two-component adhesive made up of a shelf-stable aqueous adhesive dispersion containing 25 to 50 wt % chlorinated polyolefins, 5 to 30 wt % further polymers, as well as additives and water, at a pH from 9 to 13, and of an activator solution as a second component, the activator solution containing carboxylic acids, sulfonic acids, phosphonic acids, polymers having carboxylic-acid or sulfonic-acid groups, inorganic acid salts, or Lewis acids, as well as water and/or organic solvents.

  • Patent number: 6241374
Abstract: An apparatus for kneading dough into round pieces is provided. The apparatus includes an inner drum disposed within an outer drum. The inner drum includes an outer periphery on which deepenings are disposed. The deepenings are assigned to the openings of the outer drum. The apparatus also includes a first drive for driving the inner drum in relation to the outer drum such that the deepenings of the inner drum execute a kneading movement in relation to the openings of the outer drum. A support is guided along at least a section of the periphery of the lower half of the outer drum. The support includes a plurality of links interconnected to form an endless chain. The support is spaced apart from at least a portion of the periphery of the outer drum and forms a closed substantially flat surface facing the outer drum. A second drive is included for driving the endless chain such that the plurality of links follow the rotation of the outer drum.
